Aftersales Retention Champion (12 -month contract)

Are you an experienced customer service champion who understands what makes people tick?
At Harry Fairbairn, one of Scotland's leading BMW and MINI retailers, we're looking to recruit an experienced, customer-driven leader for our branch in Glasgow.
You'll have a strong vision for building lasting customer relationships and will be confident in representing this high-end brand.
You'll be a strategic thinker who can collaborate with our various internal departments to build an effective strategy to engage customers, seize existing opportunities and create new ones.
As well as being full of ideas to increase brand awareness, you'll also stay on top of the needs and activity of our current customers - continuously working to improve their experience at every stage.
Your duties will include but no limited to:
- Working across all four Harry Fairbairn branches in Glasgow, Irvine, Inverness and Kirkcaldy to liaise with staff and increase customer retention.
- Engaging with the Marketing team to implement effective, targeted and continuous digital campaigns, both through direct email and social media.
- Ensuring that all new and approved used car customers are encouraged to return to the centre.
- Liaising with local partners and businesses to increase customer reach and brand awareness.
