Service people are excellent.Their phone manner is good.Can be a bit of a pain when the Glasgow based hub phone up & really don't have the info that Irvine has.Keep it simple - deal with the branch which will deal with your car.

Took many customers scheduled to book in vehicles at the same time which would indicate profit before considering customer experience.
I am sorry to put a low score but yesterday both adblue and coolant warnings came on. My car was serviced a few weeks ago so why was it not done? I now have to sort it out at cost of either my time in bringing it in or money. Im very disappointed.

Very little information given on the paperwork.Tyre tread reading left blank.I know the break fluid was changed but have no idea if anything else was even looked at

I have only one complaint. When I called to book a service I required either a courtesy car or pick-up and deliver service. the earliest this would be available was a month and as my car required to be serviced sooner I was obliged to wait.
Replacement tyres fitted as requested. Also asked for a clunking noise from the rear suspension be looked at when car lifted but suspect time did not allow. Mechanic did say on video to book the car in for investigation which is fair enough.
The short video of the service is a nice touch. Its the small things that make a big difference.

Update of the electronics took an awful long time.
My car was collected and during the service I was kept up to date on the service and health check my car was delivered back to me washed and valeted

the mechanics in their garage know their product and I would be very surprised to hear of other customers complaining their cars not being looked after properly
The dealer walked us through all of the options and was very patient whilst we made our decision.

While the garage works quite well, the central booking system always gives me problems. It is very inefficient and reflects very badly on BMW ( and probably rthe whole of Arnold Clark).

From booking in to pickup The member of staff I dealt with was extremely accommodating. In and out in one day for a minor body repair with repaint.

Problem located and repaired (drainage system via bottom sills blocked, causing water build up and eventual overflow into electronics, blowing amplifier etc.) in a professional manner, but this design fault should not exist in a car costing £50K+.
The job was completed to a high standard at minimal inconvenience to me and care was taken throughout to keep me fully aware of progress and costs.
The repair was conducted on schedule to a high quality and to the agreed price!

Work was carried out quickly. Service administrator kept me very well informed with the cars progress. The only negative was that the car was washed poorly.
Fine, no problems
Car was with dealer from 10.00 til 5pm. Required first service and BMW recall regarding exhaust valve emission and .Due late completion were unable to complete post service valet .advised to bring back when able.

Would have given a 'Completely Satisfied' but for some confusion over delivery dates of car, I had expected it a week earlier and windscreen was very streaky and driving into sun on way home was not a pleasant experience.
See question No1 above. From 1st visit through to test driving and the eventual delivery of our car, the salesperson, Callum, was the personification of professionalism. A credit to BMW. A nice touch was the general manager coming over & thanking us.
Friendly and professional, cars were set out in immaculate condition in the showroom, there was no hard sell as at the time I didn't know which model I was going to buy.
