No wash or vacuum
I was told the service would take under an hour it took two hrs. I was waiting on the car..

Overall very satisfied, but they could have made a better job of cleaning the windows when they washed the car.
They collected my car as arranged (on time); kept me fully informed of progress through the day; explained what was required by phone, and finished on time. The delivered the vehicle back on time. All contact was courteous, professional and friendly.
The job was completed to a high standard at minimal inconvenience to me and care was taken throughout to keep me fully aware of progress and costs.
Problem located and repaired (drainage system via bottom sills blocked, causing water build up and eventual overflow into electronics, blowing amplifier etc.) in a professional manner, but this design fault should not exist in a car costing £50K+.

Fine, no problems
Car was with dealer from 10.00 til 5pm. Required first service and BMW recall regarding exhaust valve emission and .Due late completion were unable to complete post service valet .advised to bring back when able.
advised car was all ok . then had to wait for car to be washed. almost perfect but not quite.

Leave car at 830 in morning for mot asking for car back by 5. Get phone call at 530 to say had failed mot so 30 mins late and no time to correct. Only by luck courtesy car given. However extra hassle of returning next day.

I asked to have an issue with the car boot not opening looked at, they couldn't find any fault so my issue still remains. 2 weeks after the service I have the AdPro neede light popping up on the car dashboard, surely this should've been topped up?

Our requirements were not set in stone when we arrived, but after 2 hours in Connor company the right to user at the right price was found.
There is a technical fault that has not been repaired as not showing up in the diagnostics though unfortunately the problem still occurs

See question No1 above. From 1st visit through to test driving and the eventual delivery of our car, the salesperson, Callum, was the personification of professionalism. A credit to BMW. A nice touch was the general manager coming over & thanking us.

As said above, the sales experience made me feel like a VIP from walking through the door of the showroom until driving the car away. All staff were very friendly and knowledgeable on their part of the process.
John Montgomery helped me with everything from walking in to the door with everything from start till driving out the door nothing was to much bother.
Only Mark down, was no car specialist to show around workings of car when picking up, completed by sales person with limited knowledge

Well the salesman ( Callum Lee ) informed us when ordering our car the expected date of arrival of our car and sure enough that was the day we got it....it actually arrived a couple of days early and they put it through a computer program etc
Everything went very smoothly from start to finish and car arrived earlier than estimated.
