When booking in for repairs the wait times are ridiculous which appears only be due to the amount of cars having to be repaired. Issue has not been resolved. Should have known better than to trust an Arnold Clark owned garage. Staff friendly/nice.

Since the previous service the car has exhibited a sluggish down-shift when approaching a junction or a roundabout. This results is a delay in revs dropping. I asked if this could be checked but was told I would need to pay £135 for a diagnostic.

Booking a service for my vehicle was difficult. Members of staff within the service department were not available to ask routine questions. Also felt that the receptionist could have a friendlier manner. Overall not very impressed.

Got this car from Giffnock, as Irvine were generally unhelpful, at that time. I was assured, by G, that as one company, I could deal wit Irv. as was more local. Then as the problems start, Irv can't do muc to help me without getting Gif ok. Not happy

Irvine have a good team, and all staff make you feel comfortable and at ease. Points off unfortunately for not having a courtesy car (2 trains and a long walk necessary after dropping off and to pick up again) and no valet....maybe next time!
