Got this car from Giffnock, as Irvine were generally unhelpful, at that time. I was assured, by G, that as one company, I could deal wit Irv. as was more local. Then as the problems start, Irv can't do muc to help me without getting Gif ok. Not happy
Irvine have a good team, and all staff make you feel comfortable and at ease. Points off unfortunately for not having a courtesy car (2 trains and a long walk necessary after dropping off and to pick up again) and no valet....maybe next time!

I stated at 8:15am that I was not in a rush for the MOT. Therefore when I telephoned after 5:00pm and found out that there were other issues the team obviously thought "well he's in no hurry we'll just leave it until last. Now I am waiting 5 weeks.
1. Difficulty in getting car booked in. Almost as if you didn't need the work 2. The state of a £50k. plus car on its return to me was to say the least very very poor. It is almost incomprehensible that you can return a car in such a state.
Was quoted as getting something done on 5 year plan , on day of mot -services got phone call to say I had to pay for it ???? Not happy but paid anyway this is very off putting to use you again

Excellent, Called in with no appointment to enquire about topping up AdBlu. HF advised they could do it in 15 minutes. Thirty minutes later I had my car back.

Fitted me in on a Saturday, work was done quickly while i had a cup of tea provided. I prefer to wash my own car and this was immediately noticed without me having to say. Staff always friendly even when they are clearly very busy.

Good service. You could use an alloy wheel cleaner to finish off the washing of the car. Also a nice touch would be a new car air freshener.
Quickly diagnosed problem and fixed within 48 hours, kept up to date through the whole process.

Vehicle lifted to the dealership twice in ten days, on the first occasion failed to remedy the fault. On the second occasion prior to diagnostics stated that the issue may be "driver profile". Subsequently found to be a battery issue.

Disgraceful service, service advisor was most unhelpful when I was looking for an update. After filing a complaint 7 days ago and being told I would be called back to try and resolve the issue. I have still not heard back from the dealership.

I traveled three times 1 to make an appointment, the next to show corrosion, then another for wheels to be change = 90 mile and 7 hours of my time. I was only asked if I was waiting.

As this was my first service, I was very impressed with the technician sending me a video on my mobile of the external checks he was doing. The service was also completed within the time limit I was given.
I would have preferred not have had the fault with my car at less than 6 months old. Fairbairns dealt with me really well, taking the car at no notice. It took 4 working days plus the weekend. So would have nice if it had been quicker.

Great service by Harry Fairbairn. The salesman went through all the model options and finance options in great detail and was completely understanding when I stated that I wanted to compare the X2 with a Volvo XC40 and Honda Civic.
