On the whole I am very satisfied but on occasion I have experienced communication problems
My wifes car had a full service and check but they missed a defective bulb which had been showing up on the computer.

Heather did a great job keeping me up to speed. Only reasons for a slight downturn were: statement they'd be available for pick up from 7.30; nobody there till 8. Ticklist also said screenwash topped up, but wasn't given the low indicator light.

The intermittent fault it went in for is still there. The electronics were worked on and now my iPhone didn't work had go to other BMW agent to get fixed. Without hands free for couple of weeks difficult for me being disabled I depend on my phone.

All staff are well trained and very good at what they do.
Only disappointment was,that a part was needed which was going to take 4 days to obtain, was advised not to drive it and even though my car was less than a year old, under warranty and I live semi-rural, wasn't able to be given a courtesy car.
Great service, the girl managed to get the car booked in for the next morning which was fantastic. Only let down is the high cost for basically oil and filter changes and a check.

even though there were a few mistakes made with the repair to my car, i was very well looked after in customer services.
Despite acknowledging the issues regarding the condition of my car, I have heard nothing from the Dealership despite several weeks elapsing. My car remains in it's unacceptable condition. I am not prepared to let the matter rest.
On collection of car I thought it would have been cleaner, only floor mats were hoovered seats were still dirty, I'm not complaining but I purposely never cleaned my car at weekend as I knew it would be when it was serviced but it wasn't.
It should really be "completely satisfied" but, I live on the Isle of Arran (the team knows) which is an hour boat journey followed by a 20 minute drive to Harry Fairbairns. As such I can never be first in the queue. Waiting is no fun!

Kept informed throughout with updates and what the next stage would be. They get to know you and even your sense of humour, they put a big pink ribbon on my new car as they knew I would giggle at that. I was given a thorough run through of my car.
