my car had to go back in after its major service. i could not get a courtesy car for a few weeks. always the same excuses. how am i suppose to get to work and carry out my job when my car is the garage and i get no courtesy car.

I was satisfied with the Service Centre but disappointed with the tyres. The ride has become very bumpy which was not expected going from 17 to 16 inch wheels. Also couldn't specify the brand of tyres.
The car was collected from my home at a convenient time for me and I was invited to arrange a suitable time for its return. When it was returned, not only had the service been completed but the car had also been thoroughly cleaned inside and out.

For the first time I noticed a smell in the car when I picked it up. I had to clean the steering wheel to remove the odour of oil or grease
The car was collected and returned to my place of work which was great service - however on my way home the same night the oil low warning light came on, which meant I had to take the car to the garage the next day with my family and wait.

When trying to book an MOT, service, and end of warranty check, I was informed that nothing was required on my car at that time on my first enquiry. A while later, when I suspected that this was wrong, my call was passed all round the dealership.

Everything was completed to my satisfaction, I was kept up to date with progress, vehicle was ready when I was told it would be and thoroughly cleaned internally and external.
Again better than average. This said appears to be a disconnect when phoning you arrive at a receptionist, whom transferred me to the tyre expert. on arrival I had to book in through the service department and told there was a queue.

Had confidence that the warranty issue was being handled professionally and was kept informed of progress. The complimentary safety inspection video report on it compressed far too much information into 12 seconds making it virtually incomprehensible
My wifes car had a full service and check but they missed a defective bulb which had been showing up on the computer.
On the whole I am very satisfied but on occasion I have experienced communication problems

Heather did a great job keeping me up to speed. Only reasons for a slight downturn were: statement they'd be available for pick up from 7.30; nobody there till 8. Ticklist also said screenwash topped up, but wasn't given the low indicator light.

The purchase process good. Handover not so good. Road dirt on car as it had been fuelled after being valeted. £25 instead of £75 of fuel. Genius not really interested and factually incorrect a number of times.
