The way they make you feel from the minute you walk into the showroom
Leave car at 830 in morning for mot asking for car back by 5. Get phone call at 530 to say had failed mot so 30 mins late and no time to correct. Only by luck courtesy car given. However extra hassle of returning next day.

From initial contact with the service desk to the return of my vehicle I was kept fully informed, the video carried out during the service was a nice touch.
I asked to have an issue with the car boot not opening looked at, they couldn't find any fault so my issue still remains. 2 weeks after the service I have the AdPro neede light popping up on the car dashboard, surely this should've been topped up?

Our requirements were not set in stone when we arrived, but after 2 hours in Connor company the right to user at the right price was found.
There is a technical fault that has not been repaired as not showing up in the diagnostics though unfortunately the problem still occurs

I had my car uplifted serviced and delivered back to me by the time I regusted.
After my service and car was home I gat a text to say my car was still not ready , dont know why this wS , but apart from that fine

I have scored this as 3.5 as I currently have a mechanical issue with my current X5. It is now booked in for a 3rd time in 5 weeks to identify and rectify this issue.
In dealing with my situation, they sought to get my car back to me ASAP
Vehicle submitted due to warning " Increased discharge from battery while stationary " Diagnostic check confirmed this had occurred twice but could not advise why this had happened. Battery checked and found to be ok but I was charged for check.
As said above, the sales experience made me feel like a VIP from walking through the door of the showroom until driving the car away. All staff were very friendly and knowledgeable on their part of the process.
John Montgomery helped me with everything from walking in to the door with everything from start till driving out the door nothing was to much bother.
Only Mark down, was no car specialist to show around workings of car when picking up, completed by sales person with limited knowledge

Well the salesman ( Callum Lee ) informed us when ordering our car the expected date of arrival of our car and sure enough that was the day we got it....it actually arrived a couple of days early and they put it through a computer program etc
Everything went very smoothly from start to finish and car arrived earlier than estimated.
