I don't blame Harry Fairbairn for the approach taken - I blame BMW.The overall experience at Harry Fairbairn was generally good. BMW's refusal to rectify the problem has, however, tainted my view.

I was advised it woulda only take 90 minutes to do the service. When I arrived was told it would take 2 hours. Car was not handed back after over 2 and half hours
Not perfect but there was an unpredictable fault that the technician had to take the car back in to resolve.

When I picked up my car the staff were very courteous and answered all my questions.
The tyre pressure was not checked, there was a puncture in a tyre and the wrong one was noted on the service sheet & the service light was not reset which means I have to make another trip to the garage to rectify this.
The one thing was service on computer not reset and as we stay 20mls away not great

They finally found the reported fault which was the same fault as had been diagnosed by a BMW technician before New Year. Once found parts were quickly obtained and the vehicle returned

my car had to go back in after its major service. i could not get a courtesy car for a few weeks. always the same excuses. how am i suppose to get to work and carry out my job when my car is the garage and i get no courtesy car.

No issues with any paper work everything went through very quick and the full deal/details of the car were explained in good detail.
The purchase process good. Handover not so good. Road dirt on car as it had been fuelled after being valeted. £25 instead of £75 of fuel. Genius not really interested and factually incorrect a number of times.
