Car collected from home and returned saving me the journey
Staff are very courteous and kept me informed of progress. Car was washed and cleaned after work was done. Staff also discussed new 1 series and let me view the car.

Car in 8.30 to 5. No call to say car was ready, eventually went to garage. First phone call said -don't know how long it would take to wash car? Why bother offering this service? Also clear from previous experience, they don't want to clean car.
Mot completed, free health check but no service as paid for in plan
Everyone that I dealt with was very friendly, professional and helpful. However I was made to wait for ages just to drop my car off for it's service. Surely the time frame for this was about 5 minutes? Took over 4 times that.
Always had good contact and information from your sales team
Feel very much like I don't matter now you have my money as communications has slowed right down and no one seems to be taking ownership of my issue. I'm getting vintage "we don't hear the noise" talk from a dealership a car has been purchased from.
For the reasons mentioned above.

Your dealer identified a potential problem when performing an MO T . He diagnosed an offside front wheel vibration and changed both front discs and pads. Pleased with the repair but unimpressed by an expensive input after <33000 gentle miles .
the wash & hoover of foot wells is a bit less than I'd expect from a good garage

This branch never fails to try and get more money out of me. Every time I visit. Last year quoting a disproportionate high price for my service then later reducing it after speaking with a supervisor. This year a tyre issue.
It was not a service that was done but a computer problem that should have been correctly set when I purchased the vehicle.

Harry Fairbairn have been very supportive during my recent experiences but BMW HO and BMW AG have not at all been very supportive. I feel that they have not taken any real notice of my complaints. Financial compensation is not what I was after.
It was a long wait to get an appointment 4-5 weeks which seemed a long wait for a recall

I picked a day to drop off my car at 10a.m. I assumed the service would take about two hours. I eventually got it back at 2.30p.m!! Only then told, there was no guarantee when the car would be service.

Great surroundings and staff were brilliant
Very happy with the experience although I received a telephone call telling me the car would be ready 'in about an hour' but when I went to collect it about an hour and a half later I still had to wait over half an hour till it was ready.
Read other notes obviously they either don't get requests for call back or don't bother

Service, while expensive is excellent and their is always a feeling of competence at all levels of the organisation whether you are talking to the technicians or the receptionist.

The fault was swiftly rectified the staff were friendly and competent.The job was completed on time.
My car was damaged and the body shop supplied the car to BMW Irive to simply have the intercooler system pressure filled. The first time the system leaked out all the coolant and I actually drove the car with the system empty. Not good.
Dawn in the service department was very professional,pleasant and kept us informed every step of the way.
Nello arranged a car for 4 days for me to try out because of my work commitments, heather and Paul the service manager kept me up to date, car washed and hoovered.

Parking a big issue
Lack of courtesy car availablity results in long waits for a service slot
Waited ages to be seen. Parking is an absolute nightmare.

My wife and I were treated with courtesy and were fully informed about new car specifications and options. We were shown online images of the vehicle ordered in the chosen colour.
