When changing my car, or when getting my car serviced, Harry Fairbairn in Irvine have been excellent to deal with.left my car by appointment, and collected by appointment- no waiting time.

Would have given 5 stars but the car has had problems with the electronics since I got it back. The drivers window isn't working and other windows can't be controlled from the drivers side. Also the mirrors don't fold in when locking car.

Being self isolating because of Covid-19, my car was collected and returned to me which eliminated any worries about how I would have my service done.

It was a fairly simple process. I can't really give a more complete answer as I have never bought a car during a pandemic.
Aside from the restrictions arising from the COVID-19 pandemic which prevented me seeing the car in the showroom everything else went smoothly and the arrangements that the garage put in place for customer safety were reassuring.
I had several months to wait on my car coming from Leipzig. During this period I was kept fully informed of the date etc when to expect the arrival of the car.
